Our whiteboard feature just got a massive glow-up. Now, it can include the WHOLE context for your content. We're talking about keywords to focus on, questions you want to answer, topics you plan to mention, and so much more. It's like having your entire content strategy laid out right in front of you!

Smart AI For The Win

Our AI is now sharper than ever. Feed it all that rich context on your whiteboard, and watch it churn out suggestions and content that's eerily on point. It understands your inputs and hustles to get you content that feels almost like magic. No more aimlessly fishing for ideas—ContextMinds has got your back.

Slicker UI For Smoother Sailing

To make all this seamless, we’ve made some sweet changes to our user interface. It's all about giving you more control and clarity.

Spoiler Alert: It's All About Categorizing

Rather than chuck stuff onto the whiteboard and leave it at that, now you’re in the driver’s seat. Every time you add something, whether it’s a keyword, a topic, a question, or a heading, you get to specify what it is. Trust me, it’s a game-changer for organizing your thoughts.

Content Style? You Got It

Want your content to sound casual or maybe a bit more formal? Long or short? The ball is entirely in your court now. You can define the style—format, tone, length, you name it—giving you even more power over your creative output.

Changes in the UI in detail

Toolbar for choosing the type of item to add

Every item added to the whiteboard has a type, which tells Contextminds how to deal with it.
Topics, Keywords, Questions, Headings, and Content Styles are items that are used by AI (for suggestions and for generating content).
You can drag these from the search bar on the left or create new ones by dragging from the toolbar at the bottom.
The types of items correspond to types of suggestions in the search bar.

Organizing items on the whiteboard

Frames are a new type of item for organizing other items into lists. You can drag other items over frames to put them into a list, and use indentation to form a hierarchy.
That is especially useful for forming outlines from headings.
If you create a link from an Article to a Heading, it tells Contextminds you want to reference that article in that section.
And you can use Sticky notes to add text to your whiteboard that is just for you or people you share it with.

Content Styles

Content Styles are special items where you enter the information about audience, format,length, tone, etc. of the content. It’s like a preset that is used by the AI for generating content or outline. You can add multiple styles to your whiteboard. Then you will be asked which one to use when generating content.

Generating content

You can generatethe whole content draft or just an outline. Your whole whiteboard (or a selected part) will be used to as a context to prompt the AI.

With the new Content brief template, you can select which types of concepts you want to generate on the whiteboard – whether you want to list keywords, topics, questions or headings (i.e., include an outline).
